3. User Responsibilities
As a user of ProphetVision, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have all necessary rights and permissions to integrate your Shopify store data with our platform.
You will not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
You are solely responsible for the tax implications and financial decisions made based on the data provided by our analytics.
4. Acceptable Use
To maintain the security and integrity of ProphetVision, you agree not to:

5. Subscription & Billing
Billing Cycles
Standard PolicyProphetVision offers various subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
No Refunds
Except as required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credits for partial months.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with at least 30 days' notice provided via the email associated with your account.
