What if some orders ship through ShipStation and others don't?

ProphetVision matches ShipStation shipments to Shopify orders. Orders with ShipStation data get real costs. Orders without it use your configured default shipping estimates. The more orders flow through ShipStation, the more accurate your P&L becomes.

Does this include insurance costs?

Yes. Shipment cost and insurance cost are tracked separately. Both appear in your shipping analytics and roll up into the P&L.

Can I see costs by warehouse?

Yes. ShipStation provides warehouse origin data for each shipment. ProphetVision uses this for intra-company shipping tracking and warehouse-level cost breakdowns.
